Universal mobile Battery charger helps to charger any cell phone battery without mobile. Universal mobile battery charger works nearly the same as a mobile charger. Simply connecting the battery you can charge any mobile battery.

How universal mobile battery charger works?
1. At the first stage, a half wave rectifier (using single Diode) converts AC to DC.
2. An electrolytic capacitor is used to filtrate the DC output. Remember that this is 230V DC.
3. Next, an Oscillator circuit consisting of Transistor, Zener Diode, PN Junction Diode, Capacitor is used to Oscillate the DC output of the rectifier.
4. The Oscillating signal fed to the step-down transformer. The transformer steps down the voltage. The transformer has two primary winding and one secondary winding.
5. Then again the output of transformer converted into DC.
6. An electrolytic capacitor is used to filtrate DC and a Zener Diode is used as a voltage regulator.
In this circuit the IC is used to control the LEDs which indicate charging, charging level etc.
